1.- Purpose and legal basis of processing.
The user’s personal identification data are collected directly for the purpose of fulfilling requests made by the user.
In this regard, there are different forms on the Website, the completion of which is required by the user, in order to be able to manage and follow up on the requests made by the same.
In particular, it is possible to:

  • Register and access the so-called restricted areas,
  • purchase marketed products
  • Request information regarding products or services.

In addition, data may also be acquired, by the Data Controller, indirectly, considering that, while browsing the Website, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
In addition, data collection may also take place through third-party sources such as:

  • Other third parties (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Internet Explorer.)

Symbiotica S.r.l. may also combine Personally Identifiable Data collected with others that are in the public domain and received from third parties or that reference Personally Identifiable Data received from third parties.
Separate or combined collection and use of Personal Identifying Data is done in accordance with this Policy for the purposes described therein.

The Data provided will be processed for:

  1. a)purposes related to the correct and complete execution of the signed order (for this purpose, consent is not necessary as the data processing is related to the execution of the order);
  2. b)For purposes related to the exercise of the Holder’s rights (e.g., defense in court);
  3. c)for purposes related to the fulfillment of obligations under provisions of law or regulation as well as for the fulfillment of obligations enshrined in anti-money laundering legislation (for this purpose, consent is not necessary as the data processing is related to compliance with such obligations/provisions of law and/or regulation);
  4. d)ordinary marketing activities (sending e-mails, mail, sms, newsletters, commercial or advertising communications, etc.).
    The data provided will be processed in a lawful, correct and transparent manner and exclusively for the purposes indicated above.
    The relevant processing will not exceed these purposes.

The types of data processed are substantiated by “Personal Data”, i.e. information capable of identifying, directly or indirectly, a natural person.

9.- Methods of Use of Personal Identifying Information Collected
Symbiotica S.r.l. collects Personal Identifying Information about private customers visitors to the Site and others in order to be able to provide an experience that meets their specific needs Symbiotica S.r.l. may collect, use and disclose Personal Identifying Information for one or more of the following purposes:

  • Fulfillment of quotes and/or orders.
  • Responding to requests to send marketing materials, information, or other
  • Sending administrative and other communications;
  • To send the User important information regarding the Site, any changes in terms, conditions, and policies implemented, or other administrative information;
  • Surveys.

If the User provides Personally Identifiable Information through a third party Web site, the Personally Identifiable Information provided will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy of such third party.

11.- Disclosure of data to third parties.
The Data will be processed by the Data Controller, the Data Processor and the appointees appointed pursuant to Art.
30 of the Privacy Code and art. 29 of the GDPR.
The Data may also be communicated to companies/professional firms that provide assistance, advice, collaboration to the Data Controller in accounting, administrative, fiscal, legal, tax and financial matters, to public administrations within the limits established by law or regulation and to third party service providers to whom the communication is necessary for the fulfillment of the services covered by the order and/or contract
In any case, the use of these subjects will take place subject to their commitment to comply with the regulations on privacy.
The Data are not subject to dissemination.

12.- Intention of the Data Controller Personal Data.
The Data Controller has no intention to transfer the conferred Data to a third country or international organization.

13.- Data Retention Period.
The Data provided will be retained for a period of time not exceeding 1 (one) year from the request for deletion of the user from the database sent by email to direzione@giovanniputignano.com
After the above terms have elapsed, the Data will be destroyed.
Finally, we reserve the right to retain the so-called log-in and log-out data for a longer period in order to be able to deal with any crimes committed against the Website (hacking activities).

14.- Compulsory or optional nature of provision of data and consequences of refusal to respond.
The provision of Data for the purposes indicated in point 1 letters

b) is necessary for the correct and complete execution of the order and any refusal to do so will result in the impossibility of performing the services covered by the order.

There is no automated decision-making process.

16.- Rights of the Data Subject and how to exercise them.
The Data Subject enjoys the rights under Art. 15-22 EU Regulation 2016/679 (access to personal data, rectification or erasure (“right to be forgotten”) of the same or restriction of the processing Data concerning him/her, right to object to their processing, right to Data portability; right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation and has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority).

18 – Policy Changes
The data controller reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time.
The date this Policy was last updated can be found at the top of this page.
In the event of material changes to this Policy, the data controller will notify you on the Site that its privacy policy has been changed, providing a link to the new version.
In the event of material changes to its methods of use of the User’s Personally Identifiable Information, Symbiotica S.r.l. will notify the User by e-mail to the e-mail address specified in the User’s account (where applicable) and/or by means of a notification posted on the home page of the Site, offering the User the opportunity to opt out of such new or different use.
Any changes to the Policy will become effective when the new version of the Policy is posted on the Site
